A higher standard for AI M&A

More signal.
Less deal friction.

Built for founder-led AI software companies with real customers, proprietary data, or workflows worth acquiring. Not a public listing board.

01

Shape the exit case

Valuation support and a focused deal room bring financials, customers, IP, and business context together.

02

Invite the right buyers

Private introductions and buyer screening focus attention on active acquirers. Access is by invitation.

03

Negotiate within your limits

A seller-side agent proposes and responds under supervision. Software blocks terms beyond your limits for price, earnout, indemnity, and exclusivity.

04

Keep the final decision yours

Document preparation and closing coordination support your own counsel. You review and sign final agreements directly.

Supervision is part of the system

Every move stays reviewable.

The planned pilot includes human review of every AI move and a durable record of instructions, permissions, messages, and approvals. The agent cannot sign or accept a final agreement for you.

Proposed success fee

Earned at close.
Paid as you receive.

The planning model uses one progressive seller-paid fee, with no retainer. Fees on earnout or escrow proceeds would be due only if and when those proceeds reach you.

$50,000 minimum in the proposed schedule. Final scope and pricing would be agreed in writing.

DealPilot is in pre-launch planning. The process and fee schedule described here are proposed, not a record of completed transactions or an offer to engage. No paid engagements are open while legal and state licensing review is underway. DealPilot does not provide legal advice; sellers should retain independent counsel.
